Since 1983, Mid-Cumberland Area Development Corporation (MADC) has offered lenders access to federal loan programs to increase investment and economic development in Middle Tennessee. As a Certified Development Company, MADC uses the SBA 504 loan program to provide long-term fixed rate financing of commercial real estate and other fixed assets for small businesses. MADC also administers USDA and EDA loan programs. All loan programs are open to existing and start-up businesses.
