Join us for this new forum series that provides an opportunity for members to actively engage in moderated peer discussions to address the challenges and growth opportunities in Treasury Management. The forum encourages idea sharing and collaboration among those who are responsible for building or growing their treasury business. Those who are new to treasury, are building dedicated treasury teams or who are expanding their established treasury services, are invited to participate in the forum.
Possible Topics Discussed
The purpose of the forum is to provide an opportunity for members to engage in an informal, open roundtable discussion of Treasury Management topics. Key topics may include capturing the deposit and fee income opportunity, assessing the market opportunity, building a treasury sales team, increasing the conversion rate of borrowers to treasury customers, managing risk and compliance, tackling onboarding and implementation challenges, and servicing ongoing treasury relationships.
Forum Moderator
Dave Hunkele is a strategic advisor to bank leaders and Fintech founders since 2017 through his firm, Kreativelabs Consulting. Hunkele previously served as Head of Banking as a Service at Live Oak Bank, where he oversaw Live Oak’s Fintech and ecosystem partner portfolio for digital innovations. He served on senior leadership teams of S1 Corporation, Bottomline Technologies and Sterling Commerce, offering multi-channel solutions for digital banking, payments and cash management.
