2006-5 Senior Operations Officer

Tower Community Bank is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior Operations Officer position in Jasper, TN.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • + 10 years of Operations experience at a Financial Institution +$500 MM in Assets
  • +2 years of experience in bank retail
  • +5 years in leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • Familiar with current Core Provider, currently CSI (optional)

 

INITIATIVES

  • Structure current staffing and responsibilities to support the bank’s growth to $1 billion in total assets.
  • Develop processes that increase efficiencies and lower costs for the bank.
  • Instill a customer first focus in the support staff

 

DUTIES

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks
  • Develop and enforce sound policies and structures for the growth of the company
  • Create a strong workforce by developing competent individuals in the banking operations team
  • Oversee the processing of onboarding loans, deposits, and other banking activities to ensure due process, accuracy and accountability are followed
  • Create and implement long-term business plan to ensure continuity of business operations in the long run
  • Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels
  • Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
  • Delegate tasks to members of the operations team.
  • Manage operational focused audits to ensure data quality and customer satisfaction
