Wilson Bank & Trust, a Middle Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for its Commercial Lender position for its Williamson County location. The Commercial Lender position analyzes applicant’s credit history and loan repayment capability. Negotiates credit terms such as loan repayment methods and collateral specifications. Develops and maintains interest rate structure consistent with bank policies and procedures and competitive with current market rates. Evaluates potential customer loan requests and makes recommendations to management. Is aggressive in calling on existing and potential customers within the market area. Keeps documentation exceptions to a minimum. Maintains an aggressive collection effort in order to keep past dues at an acceptable level. Actively participates in local business and community events.
