Data Architect
Wilson Bank & Trust, a Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for its Data Architect position, located in Lebanon. The Data Architect role is a key component to the Data Management team, that oversees the architecture, maintenance, integrations, and continuous development of the data management program, specifically in relation to how customer banking data is utilized throughout the organization. This position is responsible for the bank’s data architecture and integrity of the Jack Henry Warehouse and Silverlake Core Data, and acts as a support resource for various business units to maintain data integrity and improve efficiencies. It also supports implementing scalable frameworks, standards and data best practices while upholding integrity and privacy across our data ecosystem and lifecycle. This position adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
