Wilson Bank & Trust, a Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for its Office Manager position, located in Gordonsville. The Office Manager reports to management on all aspects of office operations including, but not limited to, business development, budget requirements, loan activity and loan collection efforts. Performs loan officer duties including meeting with existing and prospective customers to determine their needs, processing and approving loan applications, reviewing loan documentation, and maintaining an aggressive collections effort. Is also responsible for overall office loan activity and loan officer duties. Is required to lead and actively participate in business development for office with aggressive calling effort in market area. Assists with marketing and promotion of Wilson Bank and Trust in the Smith County community. Continuously represents Wilson Bank and Trust in the community through membership and active involvement in civic clubs. Works closely with community council members to grow Wilson Bank and Trust in Smith County. Assists in resolving customer questions and complaints. Operational engagement with participation in office audits and security. Must be familiar with various electronic delivery channels to coach customers in use of online banking and mobile applications. Must be capable of utilizing various electronic devices to set up new accounts and loans. Adheres to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
