Technology Manager – Lebanon
Wilson Bank & Trust, a Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for its Technology Manager position, located in Lebanon. The Technology Manager directs and manages technology acquisitions, installations, and operations within the bank, including all voice and data systems. They support and consult the Chief Information Officer’s initiatives and recommend and implement new investments within the technology infrastructure. Lead the implementation of the Information Technology strategic roadmap. Manage and serve as the main liaison with third-party vendors. Explore and evaluate new technologies and software as appropriate for Wilson Bank and Trust. Oversee the architecture, implementation, and ongoing support of all Operations, Credit, and Lending technology. Work with all parts of the organization to establish long-range corporate policies and protocols related to our company-wide technology initiatives. Research emerging technologies and practices for their application within Wilson Bank and Trust. Work closely with Chief Information Security Officer.
Maintain a thorough understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to banking. Asses current technologies, systems, processes, and procedures and evaluate them against GLBA, federal and state information protection regulations, and other relevant regulations. Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by promoting skill development and coaching for improvement and growth. Represent the Bank in contacts with business and trade associations, customers, and regulatory agencies regarding technology issues for the Bank. Explain, promote, and sell the products and services of Wilson Bank & Trust. Participate in outside community events as required. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
