Loan Operations Manager
First Community Bank of East Tennessee has an opening for a Loan Operations Manager at our Kingsport, Tennessee location. Duties include:
- Supervise three loan assistants.
- Daily management duties associated with centralized loan processing (Loan Operations Department).
- Provide support for the loan processors to have the resources for the production of all loan documents and disclosures (utilizing the JHA Loan Platform and OnBoard) for various types of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans, per loan officer instructions.
- Daily management of the loan portfolio by reviewing reports, editing loans for credit policy exceptions, regulations, and system accuracy, resolving problems that arise either from any incorrect input into the system or transaction errors.
- Responsible for gathering requested documentation prior to Bank exams and audits for examiners, internal and external auditors, loan review, FHLB Certification, HMDA review and submission, and Loan Audit.
- Serves as an on-site resource for any additional requests during exams, audits, or reviews.
- Prepares various internal and external reports.
- Acts as a resource for lending staff regarding loan products, credit policy, and loan regulation questions.
- Administrator for various software programs.
- Responsible for creating and implementing loan products under the direction of management.
- Remote work is not available.
