Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer will direct and oversee the financial activities of the Bank along with directing and preparing the current financial reports and summaries and create forecast predicting future growth.
- Assists in developing Company’s strategic financial goals, financial plans, operational strategies, and financial and programmatic budgets, working with the President & CEO, other members of the executive team and the management team.
- Directs and oversees all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accounting team performs in a prudent manner that will generate timely and reliable financial information adhering to all accounting standards.
- Oversees federal, state, and local agencies contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with all the related contractual and programmatic requirements including the billing requirements.
- Monitors and develops control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate reporting of financial results.
- Performs financial analysis and forecasting to aid in cost benefit analysis, budget management, funding needs, investment strategies and risk management.
- Prepares and presents financial reporting to the Board of Directors.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- CFO experience of 3 plus years in a bank with assets at or above $500 million
– Preferred asset size of $1 billion to $2 billion. - Public Accountant, CPA with knowledge of the finance industry
- Background in reporting to OCC or FDIC
