Customer Experience Manager
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for supervising and managing the customer service centers while overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the customer journey and delivering outstanding experience within the customer service center. The primary objective of this role is to ensure that customers have a consistent, seamless, efficient, and satisfactory experience at every touchpoint, leading to increased customer loyalty, retention, and satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various departments and teams within the bank to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
