Commercial Loan Portfolio Specialist
First Community Bank of East Tennessee (Kingsport Branch) is hiring a Commercial Loan Portfolio Specialist. Position reports to Chief Lending Officer. Responsible for processing commercial loans and commercial real estate loans from approval to closing. This includes engaging appraisal process and attorney for title work; preparing loan documents; uploading loans to the core system; and processing payments. All to be done in accordance with bank and regulatory policy. Position will track outstanding documents and financial information with timely follow-up. Focus on provision of excellent customer service and accurate problem resolution. Will work with Special Assets as needed including collections, bankruptcy attorneys, title updates, and foreclosure actions. Assist in management of bank owned real estate. Prepare various reports for the Board. Experience in a loan department or related field such as Title Company required. Remote work is not available.
