Mortgage Director
Wilson Bank & Trust, a Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for its Mortgage Director position, located in Lebanon. We are looking for a leader with a track record of building strong, high performing teams. This is a great opportunity for a strategic executive to take on a fast-growing business unit in a great market. The Mortgage Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and achieving the strategic and annual operating plans of the business unit. This leader will recruit, train, motivate, and manage their team to execute the agreed-upon plans and objectives of the mortgage business unit. The team consists of Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriters, Loan Processors, Loan Closers, Capital Markets, Pricing and Hedging along with Quality Control, Investor Delivery and Sub-Servicing. In addition, he/she will ensure the policies, practices, and objectives established are followed and properly interpreted and uniformly enforced throughout the mortgage business unit as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Will also adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
