The Senior Commercial Lender plays a key role in driving loan growth and strengthening the bank’s presence in the communities it serves. This position focuses on building long term relationships with small to mid-sized businesses. These relationships focus on customized lending solutions and will expand into delivery of a menu of bank deposit and loan services. The Senior Lender will be involved in community activities, acting as the bank’s presence in community and civic affairs. The Senior Lender must balance loan growth, credit quality and personalized service in their business development efforts. The Senior Lender will help to define new product needs or existing product refinements. They will also serve as a corporate leader and mentor to junior officers and other staff in the Commercial Lending group.
