Responsibilities:
- Resolve unposted transactions
- Process chargebacks, return items, and incoming returned items.
- Ensures compliance with ACH and deposit rules and regulations.
- Processes reclamations and adjustments ensuring proper research and response.
- Determine and enter appropriate account and general ledger entries.
- Handle telephone requests requiring superior operations knowledge.
- Process and review new deposit account documents including IRA/HSA accounts.
- Utilize programs and reports to ensure proper posting of items.
- Process research requests such as image, statement, and transaction posting research.
- Process system maintenance as requested/needed.
- Perform review of previously processed system maintenance.
- Process requests of verification of deposits.
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities.
- Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank’s values and culture.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management
