A well-established community banking organization in West Tennessee is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead both the bank and its holding company. This executive will provide strategic leadership, ensure long-term shareholder value, and guide the organization through changing economic and market conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, soundness, and growth.
The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of bank holding company operations, corporate governance, and the regulatory environment affecting financial institutions. The CEO will serve as a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors, providing timely and accurate communication, strategic recommendations, and leadership on matters affecting the institution's performance and future direction.
Key responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, financial performance, budgeting, risk management, investment oversight, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing balance sheet risk, understanding investment and hedging strategies, and ensuring the organization is well-positioned to capitalize on market opportunities.
