BSA Officer- Onsite, West TN
Security Bank and Trust Company is seeking a BSA Officer to oversee and administer the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance programs. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring suspicious activity, conducting risk assessments, coordinating audits and examinations, and providing compliance training throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of banking experience.
  • Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, investigative, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Verafin and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
