LOS Implementation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a reliable LOS (Loan Origination Software) Implementation Specialist to assist in the testing and training of onboarding financial institution clients. You will be working as a part of our Software Implementation Team.

The goal is to assist the Implementation Team with onboarding clients in a timely manner and protect our organization’s credibility by providing clients with Loan Origination Software which focuses on meeting the needs of their organizations.

LOS (Loan Origination Software) Implementation Specialist duties and responsibilities will include: data entry, analysis, testing and evaluation of LOS system after configuration, as well as training and communicating with clients. If you are detail oriented, enjoy working with software, and have experience using Loan Origination Software, we would love to have you as part of the team!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform initial Loan Origination Software setup tasks as assigned by Project Manager
  • Identify and then prioritize technical and functional requirements of our clients
  • Identify customer needs, explore all options and suggest tasks or system processes that would meet the customer’s need
  • Review data provided by clients for completeness
  • Analyze information provided to determine technical setup needed
  • Follow up with clients to clarify important points
  • Perform tests on the LOS system to verify configuration
  • Facilitate client training on LOS system tasks and workflows
  • Commit to continuous learning regarding lending and other financial services
  • Forge trust relationships and enhance customer dedication
  • Work within established regulations and adhere to law requirements at all times 
 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Consumer, Commercial, and/or Mortgage Lending experience is preferred as well as a knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office
  • Experience in creating detailed business analysis; outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
  • Comprehension of direct/indirect lending procedures
  • In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a results-driven approach
  • Degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field preferred but not required


*** Candidates for this position will be required to work IN the FRANKLIN, TN office a MINIMUM of 3 days per week AFTER a 90-day IN-OFFICE PROBATIONARY PERIOD.  Wednesdays are mandatory in-office days. ***
