Commercial Bank is currently seeking a full-time Deposit Specialist at our Brentwood branch. The Deposit Specialist is our product and service expert. This individual is the customer's first impression of who we are and what we can do for them. We believe that customer service begins with a smile and a helpful attitude – ready to actively listen, thoughtfully advise, efficiently meet their need, and exceed their expectations. The ideal candidate is professional in their dealings with customers and other staff members, able to adapt quickly to various situations, and willing to learn and grow with the company. Responsibilities include: opening deposit accounts, maintaining records, completing paperwork, recognizing opportunities to cross-sell or create referrals, assisting customers with account-related questions and issues, performing teller duties as needed, and completing other tasks requested by management that relate to the bank and its functions. The individual should have 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related positions, and have a high school diploma at minimum. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Webex, and Jack Henry banking software is a plus. Apply at www.cbtn.com
