PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop and implement strategies to generate new loan and educational opportunities prioritizing Pathway Lending’s CDFI markets that align with Pathway’s Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Programs.
2.Identifies and cultivates strategic relationships with energy contractors, community organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and businesses to promote energy efficiency financing solutions.
3.Attends industry events, conferences, and community forums to promote Pathway Lending’s Energy Efficiency Loan Program and related resources, including training and incentives for energy upgrades.
4.Contributes significantly to assisting borrowers and program participants with understanding and executing compliance requirements of Green Bank and other program funding. Also responsible to assisting internal PL staff with compliance and reporting.
5.Designs and implements a community development strategy focused on increasing energy efficiency adoption in Tennessee, targeting small businesses, multifamily housing developments, and nonprofit organizations.
6.Organizes and leads workshops, forums, and training programs (e.g., Pathway Connect, Tennessee Energy Efficiency Forum) to educate stakeholders on energy efficiency financing options, project benefits, and regulatory considerations.
7.Assesses financing needs and structures tailored solutions for energy efficiency, solar, and other sustainability-related improvements in commercial and residential properties.
8.Provides one-on-one technical assistance to clients both pre-loan and post-loan.
9.Supports marketing and awareness campaigns to drive demand for energy efficiency loans and technical assistance, including digital outreach, educational materials, and case studies.
10.Achieves loan origination goals for energy efficiency and sustainability lending while also meeting educational impact targets.
11.Other duties as assigned.
