Deposit Servicing Manager
Wilson Bank & Trust, a Tennessee Community Bank, is seeking candidates for its Deposit Servicing Manager position, located in Lebanon. This position will handle personnel management, including making sure proper and clear direction is given, monitoring performance results, guiding, and counseling personnel appraisals, developing staff to their full potential, and fostering a team environment. This position will also insure that item posting, customer accounting, and end of day balancing is performed in an accurate and timely manner. Will stay abreast of all regulations and rules of regulatory agencies pertaining to deposit servicing functions. Backup the floater position as needed for all functions. Serve as front line decision maker/problem solver for exception items. Track inefficiencies with the system and take appropriate steps to correct. Remain up to date on all WBT products and sell products/services to customers as the opportunity is presented. Support retail staff and serve as “go to” person for system/legal operational issues as needed. Ensures area processes are accurately documented and updated, as needed. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the Bank’s preferences and priorities. Will participate in outside community activities as required. Will also adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program.
