Since 1981 BrightBridge has worked with banks throughout the Southeast as their SBA 504 loan partner, providing the link to the 504 subordinate debt that enables banks and borrowers to successfully close owner-occupied real estate and other fixed asset loans. BrightBridge also provides SBA Community Advantage loans to small businesses who are otherwise unable to secure affordable conventional financing. Additionally, BrightBridge is a Certified Development Financial Institution, providing business loans to non-profits, small businesses, and affordable and workforce housing developers while also working with bank partners to assist with CRA needs. As a New Markets Tax Credit Practitioner, BrightBridge assists with project financing for significant capital projects located in areas of high economic distress, provides a service to banks, project owners and developers, and adds value to residents of low- and moderate-income communities.
