BrightBridge Capital

Since 1981, BrightBridge Capital, a Community Development Financial Institution, has worked with banks throughout the Southeast to get projects financed, using the SBA 504 Program, the SBA Community Advantage Program, and the New Markets Tax Credit program. As an SBA 504 loan partner, BrightBridge provides the link to the 504 subordinate debt that enables banks and borrowers to successfully close owner-occupied real estate and other fixed asset loans. Their SBA Community Advantage loan is for small businesses who are otherwise unable to secure affordable conventional financing. Their deep New Markets Tax Credit experience allows BrightBridge to assist with financing for effective capital projects located in distressed areas, as a service to banks, project owners and developers, while adding value to low- and moderate-income communities. BrightBridge Capital also works with bank partners to assist them with their CRA needs.
