This program provides an opportunity to individuals responsible for human resources issues in their institutions to discuss concerns and explore solutions to problems they face on a daily basis. Facilitated by Littler Mendelson, PC, the world’s largest law firm devoted exclusively to representing management in employment and labor law matters, this program is an invaluable resource to those who participate.
The Human Resources Forum meets three times annually at the Tennessee Bankers Association headquarters. Eric Stevens, shareholder in Littler’s Nashville office, facilitates the sessions, using nationwide experts to cover specific issues and topics requested by the forum members. The sessions are highly interactive, and the agenda for each session is based on recent employment developments with feedback from forum participants.
