In today’s rapidly evolving financial landscape, the skills and resources needed by Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officers and others who support a bank’s BSA, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Office of Financial Control (OFAC) compliance efforts have become more critical than ever before. As guardians of financial integrity, they play a pivotal role in safeguarding their institutions against financial crimes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Continuing Education Credit
Attendees qualify for 5.5 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit in the area of specialized knowledge. In accordance with the standards of the National Regency of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits have been granted based on a 50-minute hour.
