Bank Counsel Conference

The Tennessee Bankers Association has partnered with the Louisiana Bankers Association and several other state banking associations for this conference. It will include two days of presentations on recent legislation and court decisions involving banking and commercial laws, as well as presentations on federal banking regulations and other current issues.

The LBA has contracted for a set number of sleeping rooms based on the last few years’ attendance. Sleeping room reservations must be made by November 20, 2023 at 5:00pm or until the block of rooms for LBA is filled, whichever is sooner. After November 20, 2023, reservations will be made based on availability and the hotel may not be able to honor the discounted rate.

Continuing Education Credit

This conference has been approved for approved 13 total hours of CLE credit for the state of Tennessee, including 2 hours of Dual credit (1 hour session of ethics and 1 hour of professionalism).
