The three groups of CEO Forums are proven to be an ideal platform for CEOs/presidents from noncompeting Tennessee banks to exchange ideas freely, dissect challenges openly, and discuss solutions in a small group setting. The ultimate goals are to help participants grow both professionally and personally and to improve the performance of their banks. Each session in this three-part program is standalone in content, is facilitator-led, and registrants may join the group at any time within the series. Group size is limited.
