Each year, more than 150 bankers across the state come together at the Community Banking Conference, presented by the Independent Bankers Division. The conference agenda features a reception for convention participants and business session the next day. The business session covers current issues and hot topics of interest to community banks along with the election of division officers and directors.

Immediately following the Community Banking Conference TBA holds its annual Bank Directors Retreat. The Bank Directors Retreat is designed specifically for both inside and outside board members, CEOs, presidents of community banks, and internal auditors, in this ever-changing world of regulations and compliance. The agenda addresses the most up-to-date information on directors’ responsibilities and the risk involved in serving and continuing to grow your bank.

Bankers can attend each event separately but are encouraged to register for both.

For Bank Directors Retreat, team discounts are available for multiple registrations from the same institution when registrations are completed at the same time.
