A $250 Million community bank located in a rural west Tennessee seeks a President.
The President is responsible for overseeing the bank’s profitability to include commercial and consumer relationships. Would be part of a Holding Company structure that provides information technology, human resources, accounting, compliance support, investment management, audit, tax, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to profitable growth and market share development. A successful candidate will lead a team in: soliciting, negotiating, analyzing, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of commercial and consumer (to include mortgage) loans in compliance with the bank’s lending policies and procedures. The bank desires opportunities to participate in government guaranteed lending programs such as SBA and USDA. This team will also focus on developing checking and other deposit relationships with business and retail customers. This person will work with and support all branches to demonstrate exceptional operational and customer service cultures as compared to the competition. This candidate will represent the bank in various community, civic, and community reinvestment functions to further enhance the bank’s image and develop additional business.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in a business-related discipline from accredited University (Required).
EXPERIENCE
- Banking: 7 years (Required).
- Loan Production: 7 years (Required).
- Leadership/Management Experience: 5 years
