Branch Manager/Commercial Lender

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all retail branch functions including but not limited to deposits, lending, staffing, compliance, and training
- Determine applicant qualification by analyzing financials, credit history, collateral, appraisals, title work, fee schedules, etc.
- Build referral relationships within the community to develop new business or retain existing business
- Maintain contact with applicant throughout entire loan process
- Anticipate and coordinate collection efforts
- Ensure compliance with all lending practices, policies, and regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail bank lending/management
- Registration/Renewal with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
Skills and Competencies
- Strong sense of urgency and high level of professionalism
- Sales focus with proven history of success
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Must be able to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Multitasking with competing priorities
