Credit Analyst
First Community Bank of East Tennessee is seeking to hire a Credit Analyst. This position reports directly to the Senior Credit Analyst and is responsible for credit underwriting to support the commercial lending function of the Bank. Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow analysis, and ability to read and understand business financial statements and tax returns. Proficiencies in Microsoft word and excel are required. Must possess excellent analytical skills and writing capabilities. Able to function under deadlines and work cooperatively with management and lending staff. The analyst may occasionally participate in sales calls with lenders. Training is provided on Buker’s Tax Analysis and Buker’s Financial Statement Analysis software.
First Community Bank of East Tennessee is a $204 million asset community Bank with four locations in Hawkins and Sullivan counties. The position is in Kingsport, Tennessee and successful applicant is required to physically work in the Kingsport, TN office. Remote work from any other location is not an option.
