Using a Parker-Dewey Micro-Internship commissioned by the UT Martin Dunagan Chair of Excellence in Banking within the College of Business and Global Affairs, student Cole Hollis worked to prepare a report projecting the impact that Blue Oval City could have on the Haywood County Region. The project was unveiled during their November Bankers Luncheon. This report contains background information, demographic analysis, and banking data relating to the 10-year analysis of the Hamilton County Region and the 10-year projection of the Haywood County Region. The information consists of historical and general information regarding the Volkswagen manufacturing site in Hamilton County and the future Blue Oval City manufacturing site in Haywood County.
